Who We Are

Yardley Maple is a family owned and operated maple sugaring business located in Mexico, New York. Founder Joseph Yardley, has always had an overwhelming love for the process of making maple syrup, as he is a third generation maple enthusiast. He bought his first evaporator at the age of 12 and his love and knowledge grew from there.

The Family currently taps 3,328 Maple trees on the 135 acre farm and produces over 1,100 gallons of pure maple syrup each year.

Nearly everyone in the family is involved in some way, from tapping trees, to boiling and bottling syrup, to taste testing for quality control!
